The visitor types their email and gets a six-digit code, and their request only reaches you once they enter it. So every request from the form comes from a real email you can reply to.

Thirty days,counted for you

Each request has thirty days from the day it arrives, the deadline set by the Personal Data Protection Law. We email you 7 days before it ends, then 2 days before. If you need more time, extend it yourself by another thirty days, and we tell the requester why.

When you turn the requests channel on, we add the form's link to the rights section of your privacy policy, and remove it when you turn it off. You publish the update in one click, or it publishes itself overnight with auto update on. If your policy lives outside Tawthiq, copy the link and put it wherever you like.

A request came by phone, by email or in person? Log it with the day it arrived, and its clock starts from that day. Every request and every action on it, who took it and when, sits in a register you export as CSV when you are asked for it.
